The method / 8 missions

Business first. Agent beside you.

The agent is a very capable extra pair of hands. It cannot want the business for you, choose your risk or conjure customers. The eight missions keep both of you honest.

01

Find It

Stop looking for "the next big thing". Look for a problem someone would pay to solve.

Get the agent to surface possibilities from real friction. Choose one audience, one problem, one first offer.

02

Shape It

"Find the five biggest reasons this won't work." Ask that before you name it.

Pressure-test demand, cost, competition and your own appetite. Keep it, narrow it or move on.

03

Brand It

A name people remember. A clear promise. Enough design to look credible.

Your agent can help explore the options. Don't spend three weeks on a logo while the offer is still imaginary.

04

Build It

Ugly and live beats beautiful and imaginary.

Build the smallest version a real person can use or buy. Test every link. Fix what breaks.

05

Launch It

The first 100 impressions won't happen by wishing harder.

Get your first eyes on the offer. The agent can help with distribution, but you still have to show up where buyers are.

06

Sell It

Aim for the first £1 before you daydream about £10k.

A sale is information. A "no" is information too. Find out what the market is actually telling you.

07

Agent It

Stop treating your agent like a novelty and start giving it a job.

Research, content, sales support, customer care, admin, finance. Delegate repeatable work; keep judgment and accountability.

08

Grow It

Scale it. Pivot it. Or kill it.

"Killed by the Club" means you learned without sinking another six months into the wrong thing.

Don't take the method on faith

Watch us use it on ourselves.

Hustle #001 is the Club. The build log will show the decisions and numbers as they happen.
